Northamptonshire or 'cheese' skittles is an extremely popular pub game in Northamptonshire and people who have played it consider it to be one of the most enjoyable old English pub games around.
Discus-shaped 'cheeses' are thrown at nine pins, on a table 8 feet away. The table top is surrounded by leather bound, cushioned sides which give the option of bouncing the cheeses off the cushions before hitting the pins.
Why not pop in for a game................it's very addictive!

The players also play weekly for points, which are accumulated and entered onto the league table. The top players are then invited to play in the Final Game at The MPL Award Night, held four times a year.
